This truly was a well planned trip and also incredibly meaningful. The guide was very clear and organized, allowing for simple focus points as well as review and questions. Our students were able to connect history directly to their lives by seeing for themselves where events had occurred. They also read the names and saw the grave markers of people who had died for their freedom. Gratitude and a new sense of identity as an American citizen resulted! Very inspiring trip!
GO Tours was the answer for our 8th grade class trip to Washington DC! Everything felt personalized for our school, from the travel booklets, t-shirts, accommodations, and the monuments we explored. I highly recommend GO Tours to any school looking for a fantastic class trip!

We had the most amazing time. Nathan and Martha were the perfect tour guides. They both were fountains of knowledge and we learned so much history, all while standing where it happened. They planned great stops, and gave us opportunity to explore on our own a bit too. With transportation and all our meals covered, we didn't have to plan or worry about a thing, except just take it all in. We also got to get into places, like the Supreme Court and Congress, that I'm not sure we would have been able to on our own. I loved every minute and will hopefully get to take another trip with them both again. Thank you.
We enjoyed our tour. Our guides were very knowledgeable about the sites we visited and their history. I am glad we were able to visit so many sites, but I think maybe visiting fewer sites and spending more time at each one would have been better.
Our daughter had the experience of a lifetime. What a wonderful way to experience American history with her peers. Highly recommend this tour group for anyone who wants a knowledgeable group of people to guide you or your children through wonderful history, experiences and places.

We were so excited but nervous since this was the first trip that our child was going to be away from us for a long period. From the first meeting, to all the other meetings we were provided superior service. It was not just our girls who learned so much, but we did as well! Your care toward us in providing everything necessary, including Gluten Free meals, is so much appreciated! You got us to and from where we needed to go safely and provided fun stories along the way. The trip was rated a four by my daughter, because it was a very packed schedule. But she rated Martha a 5 because she was a great tour guide. My daughter liked her story telling and Martha was very kind and patient.
Go Tours is the BEST!!!! He goes above and beyond what is asked. He is able to fit all our needs and offer more for less cost.

Fun, eventful, educationally fun learning experience. Kind crew. We recommend planning your itinerary in a more chronological route rather than zig-zagging back and forth between destinations (seemed like we traveled in the bus for too long each day). On our trip, we found ourselves driving in one direction for tours, then backtracking for more activities, and then returning again to our lodging. A more streamlined route- doing tours and stops as you naturally pass through each area- would have saved time and made the experience more relaxed and efficient.
Nathan did an excellent job. He weaved together a timeline that made the history come alive.
This trip was amazing. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and engaging. I learned so much about our American heritage and I’m so much more proud to be American. Travel accommodations were good and there was a healthy option for every meal. This trip was very special and so worth the money.
What an amazing trip! I am still going through withdrawals. What a valuable experience. God has been an integral part of shaping and providing for America’s history. So thankful to our tour guide, Nathan, for organizing and planning our trip so well. It was just the right amount of busy and rest. I can’t wait until I get to go again with my younger son!
We had a great time, wonderful learning experience and all services provided were very nice. Nathan was a fantastic tour leader and involved the kids in participating with every stop on this educational vacation which added to their learning experience in a memorable way(as well as to all the adults). I so appreciated his Biblical World View shared throughout our travels. This was a fabulous trip that won’t be forgotten! Our tour guide Nathan, was filled with so much information and really made each tour spot come to life. Every day was action packed and every detail was planned out to perfection!
What a wonderful trip! We have done a lot of traveling as a family, however the group tour experience offers so much more than what we could have done on our own. Not only were the tour guides knowledgeable and fun, but they always brought our students and families back to the center, to the Lord and His hand in it all. And our bus driver was such a hoot! This was a trip of a lifetime. Traveling across the country with 100+ people is a huge task and Nathan made it seem effortless. Our adventure started at 3 AM when we boarded a bus to LAX. Nathan was able to get us all checked in with our bags tagged with the airline staff in about 45 minutes. That was no small feat and I was impressed. When we arrived in Virginia and claimed our luggage we were introduced to Howard, our driver for the week. He deserves an entire review of his own. He is Vietnam veteran, a decorated war hero, and an exceptionally skilled driver. I think he could drive a bus through a keyhole and not get one scratch! Nathan and his team, Martha and Lindsay were great. We traveled to DC, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We were able to see so many beautiful museums, memorials, and monuments. We went to Capitol Hill, we went to the Library of Congress, which was amazing. We went to Gettysburg. We went to Fort McHenry. We saw the original Star-Spangled Banner. These are things and places you only read about in books, but Nathan and his team brought it all to life. I was able to visit the Theater where Abraham Lincoln was shot and the house where he took his last breath. Each place we visited Nathan and Martha were able to give us the rich and colorful history of our Nation. We stayed on the go and one evening we were able to relax and visit Bowl America. It was a fun night and it was nice to see that Nathan has built relationships within the community that welcomed and accommodated such a large crowd. We also had a guided tour of Gettysburg with one of the locals and he was so knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. On our last night it was freezing cold and the decision was made by our Administrator to stay in for dinner even though we were scheduled to visit a local restaurant. Nathan, Lindsay, and Martha didn’t panic they were able to contact the restaurant and made arrangements to pick up our meal that was for 100+ people. Blessed are the flexible!! They had provided enough food for seconds and thirds and also for the hotel staff. This was an amazing trip and I could go on and on about how wonderful it was! My only wish was that our stay was a little longer and the weather was a little warmer. Thank you Nathan, Lindsay, and Martha, until next time!
